Canceling Your Subscription

Our prices have since increased and by canceling, you forfeit the legacy plan discount should you choose to sign up later on.

Important Information About Canceling

Subscriptions It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their own subscription. Dub-ins does not cancel subscriptions on behalf of users. To avoid charges, ensure you cancel before your next billing cycle. Please note that Dub-ins does not issue refunds.

We hate to see you go, but totally understand if you would like to cancel your Dub+ Member subscription. Please follow these steps accordingly:

  1. Log into your Genie account (if you have any issues logging into your account, please follow these steps).
  2. Head to your Profile and click the “Manage Billing” or “Manage Billing (legacy customers).”
  3. If you’re not sure which button to click, first try “Manage Billing (legacy customers).” If you’re not a legacy customer, you’ll receive a popup notification indicating this (and if you are, you’ll be redirected where you’ll be able to update your account).
