Why Can’t I Log Into Genie?

If you're having trouble logging into Genie, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Access a Public-Facing Form

    Open a public-facing form that is set up with Dubsado Side Editing (DSE).

  2. Locate the Dub-ins Logomark

    Click the Dub-ins logomark on the right side of your Dubsado form.

    Enter Your Credentials

    When the login dialog appears:

    • Use the email you used at purchase.
    • Double-check your password for accuracy.
  3. Forgot Your Password?
    • If your email is correct but your password is not, click "Can’t log in to your account?"
    • Enter your email to receive a password reset link.
    • Check your inbox for the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

      Haven’t Logged In for a While?

      If the password reset doesn’t work or you don’t receive an email, it could be due to updates to our login system. You’ll need to sign up again using the same email as before.

    • Click "Back to Dub-ins DSE" in the dialog, then select "Don’t have an account? Sign up."
    • Don’t worry! All your templates, branding assets, and information will transfer automatically.
