How To Optimize and Add Your Images with Genie

To ensure high-quality visuals, follow these guidelines:

• For full-width banners (e.g., Header, Welcome Banner, Carousel) or full-width Container blocks on your Dubsado form, use images at least 2000 pixels wide.
• For other images that don’t span the full browser width, use images at least 1500 pixels wide.

Optimizing Your Images

1. Resize your images to the recommended dimensions.
2. Use an image compression tool (e.g., TinyPNG) to reduce file size:
   • Upload your files to the compressor.
   • Download the compressed images after processing.
   • When you unzip the downloaded file, you should notice a significant size reduction.

Uploading and Adding Images to Genie

Once your images are optimized, follow these steps:

1. Upload Images to Your Dubsado Form
   • Add an Images block to your Dubsado form, then click on it.
   • If your image files haven’t been uploaded yet, click the Add Files link to upload them.
2. Insert the Image
   • Click on the uploaded image thumbnail in your Image Library to display it in the block on your form.
3. Copy the Image Address
   • Hover over the image in the Images block, right-click, and select Copy Image Address.
   • Delete the Images block from your form after copying the address. You won’t need this any longer.
4. Add the Image URL in Genie
   • Return to Genie and paste the copied image address into the panel field where prompted to add an image URL.
