Using The Package Table Plugin

Step 1: Create Your Package in Dubsado

1. Go to Templates → Packages in your Dubsado account.
2. Create a new package by adding a Package Name and Item Names with Descriptions.
   • Each line item will appear as a separate entry in the package table.
3. Ensure the details are clear and descriptive for an accurate display.

Step 2: Add the Package to Your Form

1. Open the form where you want to add your package.
2. Place the package inside a one, two, three, or four-column container block.
   • All packages must be in a Dubsado container block for Genie to display them correctly.

Step 3: Update Smart Fields for Genie Compatibility

1. Remove the default Dubsado smart fields from your package.

2. Replace them with the following (Note: do not format any of the smart fields using Dubsado’s text editor).

   {{package.name}} {{package.items | packageItems}} {{package.total / 100 | currency}}

3. Save your form. A table will automatically populate with your package information.

Step 4: Configure the Package Table in Genie

1. Over on Genie, click Reload preview so your template reflects the changes you made on your Dubsado form.
2. Navigate to the package and click Edit > click Choose package plugin type > select Package Table.
3. Go through the options on the panel for Package Table and choose what works best for you.

By following these steps, your packages will integrate seamlessly with Genie 4.0.
